A to Z International Co. has the most flexible facilities producing diversified products in the steel fabrication industry. We are operating in State of Qatar since 2005, and our head office situated in the Barwa Commercial Avenue, Sayer Block, near industrial area. Yard facility houses the main production and assembly departments where various processes of fabrication and manufacturing are executed. We have a total production area of 5000 m2 including office area and storage area with latest technology machineries & equipments. Our labour accommodation facility is capable of 450 m2 and located near to the fabrication yard, our transportation division & related facilities are also situation nearby, these favors us for easy mobilization over entire Qatar.
Our entire work area is reinforced with latest technology machines and equipments for high quality fabrication and assembly. Fabrication & Production Process are carried out with machineries for shearing, bending, profile cutting, oxy-acetylene cutting, rolling, drilling, punching, TIG/ ARC/Stud/Spot welding, lathe machining, milling, grinding, cleaning, buffing & painting. Each of these machines is individually controlled by specifically trained operators. A well maintained storage & procurement facility is an advantage for time framed work completion. Our dedicated design, drafting, engineering & technical team, advanced production process and experienced workforce delivers consistent product quality and translates the same directly to increased productivity at lower costs.
Our HSE & QA/QC departments are also headed from the Head Office. Production & Operation activities are performed in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 standards.
